Location: 6th of October City, Giza, Egypt

Gross Salary: 24,000 EGP (Total Gross Package).

What You Will Do:

Serve as the primary point of contact for a major bank's valued VIP customers in the UAE, addressing their complex banking inquiries, offering solutions, and ensuring a world-class service experience.

Handle sensitive information with professionalism, accuracy, and a focus on customer satisfaction.

Maintain a high level of expertise regarding banking products, services, and compliance standards.

Meet or exceed key performance indicators (KPIs) focused on quality, efficiency, and customer delight.

Essential Requirements:

We are looking for candidates who meet the following strict criteria:

-Education: Must be a University Graduate.

-English Proficiency: Proven proficiency in English at a B2 level or higher.

-Experience: A minimum of 6 months of proven Call Center experience (experience letter required).

-Residency: Must be a resident of Cairo or Giza.

-Flexibility: Must be fully flexible to work rotational shifts (24/7) and a rotational 2 days off.

-Documentation: Ability to provide all standard hiring documents, including proof of previous experience and ISCORE.

Compensation & Work Structure:

-Gross Salary: 24,000 EGP (Total Gross Package).

-Shifts: Rotational shifts operating 24/7.

-Time Off: Rotational 2 days off per week.

-Working Hours: 9 working hours per day (including a combined 1 hour and 15 minutes of breaks).

-Training: Fully paid, professional training provided.

-Support: Transportation provided to and from work (to 6 October City).

-Security: Comprehensive Medical and Social Insurance.
