About the Role
The Banking Consultant will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong, long-term relationships with new and existing clients while ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with new and existing clients.
- Understand clients financial goals and provide appropriate banking solutions including deposits, loans, credit facilities, and investment products.
- Serve as a trusted advisor by offering guidance on banking services and financial products.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through proactive engagement and consistent follow-ups.
- Identify opportunities to deepen relationships through cross-selling and value-added services.
- Maintain strict compliance with banking regulations, policies, and risk standards.
- Present and conduct oneself professionally in alignment with banking industry standards.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and client support.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Banking, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 35+ years of UAE banking experience in relationship management or customer advisory roles.
- Experience in managing client portfolios and delivering personalized banking services.
- Corporate Services Provider experience preferred.
Required Skills
- Strong understanding of SME/corporate banking products and compliance requirements.
- Excellent sales planning, pipeline management, and target achievement skills.
- Proficiency in negotiation, client prospecting, and closing business deals.
- Ability to prepare and deliver structured reports and presentations.

- Financial product advisory skills with a consultative selling approach.
