Bar Attendant who will support bar operations by providing prompt, friendly, and professional service to guests while maintaining high standards of cleanliness and presentation.
A little taste of your day-to-day:
Every day is different, but you'll mostly be:
- Assisting bartenders in daily bar operations, ensuring smooth and efficient service.
- Serving beverages to guests in a friendly and professional manner as per hotel standards.
- Preparing the bar area before service and ensuring it is clean, organized, and well stocked.
- Clearing glassware, replenishing supplies, and maintaining cleanliness throughout service.
- Handling guest requests promptly and courteously.
- Following responsible service of alcohol policies and hotel procedures.
- Ensuring compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards.
- Supporting inventory control by monitoring stock levels and minimizing wastage.
- Assisting with closing procedures and bar setup for the next shift.
What we need from you:
- Previous experience as a Bar Attendant, Bar Waiter/Waitress, or F&B Attendant, preferably in a hotel, bar, or restaurant environment.
- Basic knowledge of beverages, bar service, and glassware.
- Good communication and guest service skills.
- Good command of English; Arabic language will be an advantage.
- Well-groomed appearance with a positive and service-oriented attitude.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
