Role Description

This is a full-time on-site Barista role located in Cairo. The Barista will be responsible for preparing and serving a variety of hot and cold beverages, including coffee and tea, with attention to detail and focus on quality and customer preferences. The role includes maintaining cleanliness and organization of the workspace, providing excellent customer service, operating and maintain coffee equipment, and assisting with inventory management.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in coffee and beverage preparation techniques, including operating coffee machines and brewing equipment
• Strong customer service skills with a focus on creating an excellent visitor experience and handling inquiries
• Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
• Basic understanding of inventory management and ability to maintain supplies
• Team player with effective communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively
• Previous experience as a Barista or in a similar food and beverage role is preferred but not required
• Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and holidays
