We are seeking a highly motivated barista with a good personality.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Barista, located in Kuwait City. The Barista will be responsible for preparing and serving a variety of coffee and tea beverages, as well as other food and drink items. Daily tasks include maintaining a clean and organized workstation, taking customer orders, and providing excellent customer service. The Barista is also expected to manage inventory, restock supplies as necessary, and ensure all equipment is properly maintained.

Qualifications:

• Don't apply if you are not BARISTA.
• 1-3 YEARS of experience as a Barista.
• VISA (18) only
• HAVE EXPERIENCE IN DIFFERENT COFFEE METHODS SUCH AS V60,CHEMEX..
• Knowledge of different coffee brewing methods and latte art.
• Familiarity with handling cash or using POS systems
• Professionally welcoming customers and preparing food and drinks carefully and to our standards.
• Taking inventory, managing stock levels, and identifying ordering requirements.
• Ensuring the cleanliness of every part of the caf both inside and outside.
• Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• A high standard of personal presentation and hygiene.
