Barista, you will craft exceptional coffee and tea beverages while providing warm, personalized service that delights our guests throughout their day.
What will I be doing
As Barista, you will:
- Prepare and serve high-quality coffee, tea, and specialty beverages in line with recipes and presentation standards.
- Provide a warm welcome and personalized service, engaging with guests to understand their preferences.
- Ensure the coffee bar area is always clean, organized, and fully stocked with supplies.
- Handle guest orders accurately and efficiently, maintaining consistency in taste and presentation.
- Operate coffee machines, grinders, and brewing equipment safely and effectively.
- Support upselling initiatives by recommending seasonal beverages, pastries, or pairing options.
- Handle cash and payment transactions in line with Hilton policies.
- Adhere to health, safety, and hygiene standards in all preparation and service areas.
- Perform additional tasks as required to support the smooth operation of the Food & Beverage department.
What are we looking for
The ideal candidate will have:
- Previous experience as a Barista or in a similar role, ideally within luxury hospitality.
- Strong knowledge of coffee beans, brewing methods, and latte art techniques.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- A professional appearance and warm, engaging personality.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Flexibility to work varied shifts, including mornings, evenings, and weekends.
- A passion for delivering outstanding guest experiences through every cup served.
