Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Barista role located in Al Assima Mall As a Barista, you will be responsible for preparing high-quality coffee and beverages, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring cleanliness and organization in the workspace. Daily tasks include taking customer orders, recommending beverages based on preferences, handling cash transactions, and maintaining inventory of supplies. You will contribute to creating a welcoming atmosphere for customers while upholding company standards.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Barista and Food Preparation skills, including knowledge of coffee brewing techniques and equipment.
• Strong Customer Service and Communication skills to engage effectively with customers and provide an excellent experience.
• Effective Interpersonal Skills to work collaboratively with team members and build positive relationships with customers.
• Attention to detail, ability to multitask, and work well in a fast-paced environment.
• Previous experience as a barista or in the food and beverage industry is preferred.
• Availability to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays.
