Job Description

Responsibilities

Prepare specialty coffee beverages including espresso-based drinks, properly steamed milk, and simple manual brews
Assist with dialing in, grinder adjustments, and maintaining consistency in coffee quality
Serve guests professionally, taking orders accurately and ensuring timely delivery of items
Provide product recommendations based on understanding of coffee profiles and menu items
Maintain bar cleanliness, equipment hygiene, and organization throughout the shift
Support senior baristas with prep tasks such as bean weighing, milk prep, and workstation setup
Manage floor service duties including table running, clearing, and guest follow-ups
Handle POS tasks, order entry, and payment processing
Communicate clearly between the bar, kitchen, and service team to ensure smooth order flow
Assist with stock monitoring for coffee beans, milk, bar tools, and front-of-house supplies
Follow all hygiene, safety, and specialty coffee standards
Uphold the brand's service style, hospitality values, and guest experience expectations

Skills & Qualifications

12 years of experience in specialty coffee or caf service
Basic understanding of espresso extraction, milk texturing, and specialty coffee standards
Strong customer service and communication skills
Ability to multitask between bar operations and floor service
Positive attitude, teamwork mentality, and willingness to learn advanced coffee techniques
