Description
Prepare and serve espresso-based beverages, teas, and other drinks according to company standards
Operate coffee machines, grinders, and brewing equipment properly
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the workstation, caf floor, and equipment
Ensure consistency in taste, presentation, and quality of all beverages
Take customer orders accurately and handle payments (cash/POS)
Provide friendly, professional customer service at all times
Manage stock levels of coffee beans, milk, syrups, and consumables
Follow health, safety, and food hygiene regulations
Assist with opening and closing duties of the caf
Handle customer feedback and resolve minor complaints professionally
