Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Barista role located in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. As a Barista at Maxzi, you will be responsible for preparing and serving high-quality beverages and specialty coffee, maintaining cleanliness in the workspace, interacting with customers to ensure excellent service, and supporting the team with food preparation when required. You will also contribute to creating a welcoming and energetic atmosphere for all customers.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in barista skills and experience in preparing a variety of coffee and beverages
• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills with a focus on providing exceptional guest experiences
• Effective communication skills to interact with customers and team members
• Basic knowledge of food preparation and hygiene standards
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment while maintaining attention to detail
• Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not mandatory
• Positive attitude and a passion for delivering high-quality service
