Role Description

We are seeking a full-time Barista for our location in Kuwait City. As a Barista, you will be responsible for preparing and serving high-quality coffee and beverages to our guests, ensuring a positive customer experience. Daily tasks include operating espresso machines, maintaining cleanliness, assisting with food preparation, and maintaining inventory for efficient shop operations. You will provide warm, welcoming service and contribute to the friendly atmosphere that defines ORU Roasters. This is an on-site role.

Qualifications

• Barista experience and ability to prepare a variety of coffee beverages to a high standard.
• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills to create a positive and welcoming atmosphere.
• Effective communication skills and a genuine ability to interact with team members and customers.
• Basic food preparation knowledge and adherence to safety and cleanliness standards.
• Passion for coffee and willingness to continually learn and refine skills.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Previous experience in a similar role, as well as fluency in multiple languages, is a plus.
