Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Barista at PANCAKES Foods, located in 6 October and New Cairo and El Mohandesn. The Barista will be responsible for preparing and serving high-quality coffee and other beverages, providing excellent customer service, maintaining cleanliness in the work area, and assisting with food preparation when necessary. Additional tasks include managing inventory and ensuring compliance with safety and hygiene standards.
Qualifications
- Excellent Interpersonal and Communication skills to interact effectively and professionally with customers and team members
- Customer Service skills to provide a welcoming and positive experience
- Basic Food Preparation knowledge to support kitchen operations when required
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- High school diploma or equivalent is preferred
