About the role:

Job Description:
- Demonstrate comprehensive expertise in a wide range of beverages, including company specialities and ingredients, and excellent ability to consistently craft high-quality, visually appealing hot beverages using various techniques.
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting customers, taking orders, and answering questions about menu items and developing a rapport with customers by knowing their favourite drinks and food items.
- Effectively handle pressure and maintain consistent beverage quality during peak hours.
- Reports all customer complaints to the manager on duty.
- Ability to order and manage bar stock and ensure minimum waste.
- Ensure high standards of hygiene in the work environment.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient operations and a positive working environment.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a barista.
- Minimum high school academic.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience similar position.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to learn fast and adapt to change.
- Knowledge of basic food hygiene and standards.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards.
