Role Description This full-time Barista role is an on-site position located in Abu Dhabi. The Barista will prepare and serve a variety of coffee and espresso-based beverages, teas, and other café items, following company recipes and presentation standards. Daily tasks include operating coffee equipment, maintaining a clean and organized work area, and handling food preparation for pastries or light bites. The Barista will greet guests, take orders, process payments, and provide attentive customer service. The role also involves restocking supplies, supporting opening and closing procedures, and collaborating with team members to ensure a smooth and friendly café experience.

Qualifications

• Strong customer-facing skills, including Customer Service, Interpersonal Skills, and Communication.
• Hands-on Barista experience, with proficiency in espresso-based drink preparation and basic coffee brewing techniques.
• Food Preparation skills, including safe handling, simple food assembly, and attention to hygiene standards.
• Ability to work on-site in Abu Dhabi, stand for extended periods, and manage a fast-paced environment.
• Basic numeracy and cash-handling skills, with familiarity using POS systems considered an advantage.
• Reliability, punctuality, and a collaborative approach to working within a diverse team.
• Previous café or hospitality experience is preferred but not strictly required.
• Willingness to learn about specialty coffee, participate in training, and follow company quality and safety procedures.
