Barista

This is a full-time on-site Barista role located in Riyadh. The Barista will be responsible for preparing and serving high-quality coffee beverages, maintaining a clean and organized work environment, and ensuring an exceptional customer experience. Additional duties include managing inventory, restocking supplies, and adhering to health and safety standards. The Barista will also assist in preparing light food items and collaborate with team members to create a welcoming atmosphere for customers.

• Proficiency in Barista skills, including coffee preparation and beverage customization
• Strong Customer Service and Interpersonal Skills to ensure a friendly and welcoming environment
• Effective Communication Skills to engage with customers and team members
• Basic knowledge or experience in Food Preparation and handling
• Attention to detail and ability to maintain high cleanliness and quality standards
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Previous experience as a Barista or in the coffee/food service industry is advantageous
