Job Description

Bartender
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Bartender tojoin Club Prive Rixos Premium Saadiyat Island.

What you will be doing:

• Have extensive knowledge of beverage lists and promotions
• Have knowledge of all menu items, contents and preparation methods
• Follow outlet policies, procedures and service standards
• Consistently offer professional, friendly and engaging service
• Be able to make drink and cocktail recommendations for Guests
• Prioritizing responsibilities while under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Your experience and skills include:
• Previous loungeexperience preferred
• Strong interpersonal and problem solving abilities
• Highly responsible & reliable
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast paced environment
• Ability to work cohesively with fellow colleagues as part of a team
• Ability to focus attention on guest needs, remaining calm and courteous at all times
• Ability to speak coherently with a positive tone as well as listening and chatting with customers to create a friendly atmosphere are important in this role
• Excellent short-term and long term memory is essential for remembering and keeping track of orders.
• Able to manage stress, while serving multiple customers, and maintain excellent people skills under pressure is essential.

Must be knowledgeable on a wide range of drinks and other beverages

Qualifications

Your experience and skills include:

• With minimum 3 years experience in similar role in a 5-star hotel
• Strong problem solving and organisational skills
• Should be able to communicate well in English
• Ability to mentor and develop team
