In this role, you will be responsible for preparing and serving beverages to guests while delivering a high standard of service in a vibrant beachfront environment. This role ensures quality, consistency, and efficiency in beverage preparation, while creating a positive and engaging guest experience

Main Duties & Responsibilitie

• s:Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in accordance with standard recipe
• s.Ensure consistency in taste, presentation, and quality of all drink
• s.Take and process beverage orders accurately and efficientl
• y.Provide friendly, professional, and engaging service to guest
• s.Interact with guests, make recommendations, and promote signature beverage
• s.courteously handle guest inquiries and feedbac
• k.Set up and maintain the bar area, ensuring cleanliness and organization at all time
• s.Monitor stock levels and inform supervisors of replenishment need
• s.Ensure proper storage and handling of beverages and ingredient
• s.Process orders through POS systems accuratel
• y.Handle cash and billing procedures in line with company policie
• s.Follow responsible service of alcohol guidelines and local regulation
