Bartender

Position Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be passionate about delivering exceptional guest service, preparing and serving drinks to the highest standards, and creating a welcoming, vibrant atmosphere at the bar.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages accurately and efficiently
• Greet guests, take orders, and provide personalized service
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area at all times
• Have in-depth knowledge of beverage recipes and offer recommendations to guests
• Verify guests legal drinking age by checking IDs
• Handle cash and process payments accurately
• Monitor inventory levels and restock supplies as required
• Follow health, safety, and hygiene standards and comply with licensing requirements
• Assist in setting up and closing the bar, including cleaning and equipment maintenance
• Handle guest concerns or complaints professionally and promptly
• Support colleagues and contribute to a team-oriented environment

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a bartender or in a similar role is preferred
• Strong knowledge of mixing, garnishing, and serving drinks
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle pressure
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Positive attitude and well-groomed appearance
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays
• Basic math and cash handling skills
• Bartending or food safety certification is an advantage
