Join our vibrant team as a Bartender in the heart of Dubai, United Arab Emirates! We're looking for an enthusiastic and skilled professional to create unforgettable experiences for our guests through exceptional beverage service and mixology expertise.
- Craft and serve a wide variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, including signature cocktails and classic drinks
- Provide friendly, efficient, and professional service to all guests, ensuring their needs are met promptly
- Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked bar area at all times
- Process drink orders quickly and accurately, demonstrating excellent multitasking skills
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure seamless food and beverage service
- Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering supplies as needed
- Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and hygiene standards
- Handle cash transactions and operate point-of-sale systems accurately
- Stay up-to-date with current beverage trends and suggest innovative drink ideas
- Adhere to local liquor laws and regulations, including responsible alcohol service
Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in bartending or related Food & Beverage operations
- Extensive knowledge of mixology, cocktail recipes, and beverage presentation
- Proficiency in using bar equipment and tools
- Strong multitasking abilities and capacity to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a focus on customer service
- Basic math skills for cash handling and inventory management
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Fluency in English; additional language skills are a plus
- Knowledge of local liquor laws and regulations in Dubai
- Certification in responsible alcohol service (e.g., TIPS or equivalent) preferred
- Passion for the hospitality industry and commitment to delivering exceptional guest experiences
