We are looking for a passionate and experienced Bartender to join our beverage team and help deliver an elevated bar experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve classic and signature cocktails, spirits, wines and non alcoholic beverages to the highest standards;
• Deliver warm, engaging and personalised service to every guest;
• Demonstrate strong knowledge of mixology, premium spirits, cocktails and beverage presentation;
• Maintain exceptional standards of Bar cleanliness, organisation and presentation.

What We're Looking For:

• Previous experience as a Bartender in a Luxury Hotel, Fine Dining restaurant or Premium Bar;
• Strong knowledge of classic cocktails, signature cocktails and premium beverages;
• Excellent communication and guest engagement skills;
• Confident, charismatic and passionate about Hospitality;
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to service excellence;
• Excellent grooming and professional presentation;
• A genuine passion for creating memorable guest experiences.
