What will you work on

• Prepare and serve beverages efficiently and according to brand standards.
• Deliver excellent customer service at all times.
• Maintain full knowledge of the menu and promote items through suggestive selling.
• Ensure all beverages meet the highest quality and presentation standards.
• Follow established beverage recipes, procedures, and hygiene guidelines.
• Maintain cleanliness and proper handling of all bar equipment and materials.
• Stock and organize supplies, ensuring proper rotation and professional display.
• Handle guest inquiries and complaints promptly and professionally.
• Attend departmental briefings and maintain open communication with the team.
• Perform other duties relevant to the role as assigned.

What do we look for

• Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a similar position in a high-volume, upscale restaurant.
• Good command of English, both spoken and written. Additional language such as Arabic, French, Russian or Spanish is highly preferred.
• Previous experience in a high-end or fine dining environment preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Outstanding customer service skills with a guest-first attitude.
• Positive, energetic, and professional demeanor.
• Highly cooperative team spirit and willingness to support others.
• Proactivity and willingness to deal with fast-paced environments.
