You will be part of our dynamic Food & Beverage team, working closely with the Bar Supervisor and supporting colleagues across service operations. The team is dedicated to delivering exceptional beverage experiences while upholding Rosewood standards and creating memorable moments for our guests.

As a Bartender, you will bring our bar experiences to life by preparing and serving beverages with precision, care, and creativity. You will uphold our brand standards, ensure smooth bar operations, and help create an atmosphere where guests feel recognized, welcomed, and delighted. Your role directly contributes to guest satisfaction, beverage revenue, and the overall success of the Food & Beverage division.

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to hotel standards and specified recipes.
• Deliver warm, engaging serviceanticipating guest needs and using suggestive-selling techniques to enhance their experience.
• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and sanitation of the bar, equipment, and service areas throughout operations.
• Ensure compliance with all state liquor regulations, company policies, and safety standards, including responsible alcohol service.
• Manage bar setup and breakdown, including stocking, replenishing supplies, and securing inventory.
• Accurately process payments, follow cash-handling procedures, and complete required reports and documentation.
  

• You have at least one year of experience as a Bartender or Barback and are legally permitted (21+) to serve alcoholic beverages.
• You bring strong attention to detail, work with speed and accuracy, and keep calm while solving problems with good judgment.
• You're skilled at understanding guest needs and delivering polished, personalized serviceeven in a fast-paced environment.
• You are confident using POS systems and can stay organized and focused while preparing multiple orders.
• You work well as part of a team, communicate clearly, and support your colleagues to ensure seamless operations.
• You are physically capable of the rolecomfortable with lifting, standing for extended periods, and handling bar equipment safely.
