The Role:
- Demonstrate your passion for customer service to deliver a warm welcome and unique and special experience to guests
- Support your team to create a positive and infectious energy that excites guests
- Use your personable skills to respond to different situations and different customer requirements
- Demonstrate a genuine passion for cocktails and beverages and a desire to continue to develop your knowledge
- Share your knowledge of our cocktails and drinks menu to create a unique and immersive drinking experience for our guests
- Deliver impeccable attention to detail for drinks preparation and presentation
