BCM Domain Consultant
Riyadh (must already be based in KSA)
We're working with a leading consulting organisation looking to hire an experienced Business
Continuity Management (BCM) Domain Consultant to support enterprise-wide resilience initiatives across large-scale environments.
This is a hands-on, client-facing role where you'll take ownership of BCM frameworks end-to-end – from design through to implementation, testing, and continuous improvement.
What you'll be doing
- Design and implement enterprise BCM frameworks aligned to ISO standards
- Lead Business Impact Analysis (BIA) workshops with key stakeholders
- Develop and maintain BCP, DRP, and crisis management plans
- Conduct risk assessments, scenario planning, and resilience testing
- Run BCM drills, simulations, and recovery exercises
- Ensure alignment between business continuity and IT disaster recovery
- Support audits, regulatory requirements, and BCM maturity assessments
- Act as a trusted SME across client engagements
What we're looking for
- 8+ years experience in Business Continuity Management
- Strong hands-on experience across BIA, BCP, DRP, and crisis management
- Solid understanding of ISO 22301, ISO 27001, ITIL, and GRC frameworks
- Exposure to ServiceNow BCM / GRC tools is a plus
- Strong stakeholder engagement & consulting experience
- Ability to lead BCM initiatives independently
