Key Responsibilities
- Develop and expand ANTA's wholesale and distribution channels across the Middle East and Africa, including distributors, wholesalers, and large retail groups.
- Build the regional customer network from 0 to 1, supporting fast market entry for a new brand.
- Define and execute channel strategy, customer structure, and pricing policy by market.
- Lead customer negotiations, contract signing, order management, and payment follow-up to achieve sales targets.
- Monitor market trends, competitors, and channel performance, and provide key business insights.
- Work closely with merchandising, supply chain, brand, and finance teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment and market execution.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or above; major in Marketing, International Trade, or related fields preferred.
- 5+ years of experience in BD, wholesale, or distribution within footwear, sportswear, or FMCG industries.
- Strong understanding of Middle East and/or Africa market channels, with existing distributor or wholesaler resources preferred.
- Fluent in English; Arabic or French is a plus.
- Results-driven, highly execution-oriented, and able to work independently in a fast-growing environment.
