Key Responsibilities
- Develop and expand ANTA's wholesale and distribution channels across Saudi Arabia, including distributors, wholesalers, and key retail groups (e.g. sports, fashion, and department store channels).
- Build and localize the Saudi market channel network from 0 to 1, supporting rapid market entry and business setup.
- Identify, onboard, and manage local distributors and partners in compliance with Saudi market regulations and Saudization requirements.
- Define and execute channel strategy, pricing structure, and customer segmentation tailored to the Saudi market.
- Lead commercial negotiations, contract execution, order management, and payment collection to achieve sales targets and ensure healthy cash flow.
- Monitor market trends, competitors, and consumer behavior in Saudi Arabia, providing actionable insights to support business decisions.
- Collaborate closely with merchandising, supply chain, brand, and finance teams to ensure efficient product allocation, timely delivery, and strong in-market execution.
- Support new store openings or shop-in-shop opportunities with key partners when required.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or above; major in Marketing, Business, International Trade, or related fields preferred.
- 5+ years of experience in BD, wholesale, or distribution within footwear, sportswear, or FMCG industries.
- Strong understanding of the Saudi Arabia retail and distribution landscape, with existing distributor or key account resources preferred.
- Familiar with Saudi business practices, commercial regulations, and local market dynamics.
- Fluent in English; Arabic is highly preferred.
- Strong negotiation skills, result-oriented mindset, and ability to work independently in a fast-paced, start-up environment.
