Key Responsibilities
Customer Service
- Greet and engage with customers, offering personalized recommendations based on their beauty needs and preferences.
- Listen to customers concerns and provide expert guidance on skincare, nailcare, haircare, and hair gadgets.
- Offer product demonstrations and samples to help customers make informed decisions.
Sales & Product Promotion
- Achieve and exceed sales targets through upselling and cross-selling.
- Stay updated on promotions and ensure attractive product displays.
Product Knowledge
- Keep up with the latest beauty trends, techniques, and products.
- Gain deep knowledge of the brand's products, features, and benefits.
- Educate customers on product use, techniques, and aftercare.
Inventory Management
- Maintain an organized and fully stocked product display.
- Monitor stock levels and report shortages to management.
- Assist with restocking and merchandising.
Customer Relationship Building
- Build long-term customer relationships to encourage loyalty.
- Handle feedback and complaints professionally, ensuring quick resolutions.
Qualifications & Skills
- Previous experience in beauty, retail, or customer service is an advantage.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
