Title: Beauty Brand Manager

Key Account Management
Act as the primary point of contact between the company and Lifestyle
Build strong, long-term relationships with buyers, operations teams, and sales promoters
Sales & Revenue Growth
Deliver sell-in and sell-out targets by brand, category, and door.
Deliver brand-wise ranking per door.
Drive new product launches with clear launch calendars, BA training, and retailer alignment.
Monitor Sales per Door (SPD), Sales per BA, and conversion metrics.
Manage stock aging, slow movers, and returns.
Beauty Advisor / Promoter Management (Core Deliverables)
Define BA coverage by door, counter, and traffic potential.
Improve conversion, ATV, and repeat purchase through superior customer engagement.
Ensure BAs adhere to brand grooming standards, uniforms, and makeup guidelines.
Maintain counter hygiene, tester cleanliness, and visual excellence at all times.
Ensure BAs are certified on product knowledge, ingredients, claims, and routines.
Conduct regular refresh training for hero SKUs, new launches, and seasonal focus products.
Stock, Testers
Monitor BA-handled stocks, testers, damages, and expiries.
Ensure FIFO, proper tester usage, and controlled sampling.
Reporting & Performance dooManagement
Ensure daily sell-out, stock, and tester reports from BAs.
Review BA productivity and initiate coaching, redeployment, or exits for low performers.
Trade Marketing & Execution
Plan and execute promotions, price-offs, GWPs, and in-store activations
Ensure correct implementation of promotions, displays, planograms, and brand visibility.
Monitor sell-out performance and ROI of trade investments.
Manage stock aging, returns, and slow-moving SKUs in collaboration with operations
Reporting & Analysis
Prepare daily, weekly and monthly performance reports (sales, distribution, promotions, ROI).
Provide market insights and recommendations to management.
