Beauty Salon Performance Marketing & Campaign Manager

Job Description

We are looking for a highly experienced Campaign Manager specialized in the Beauty & Salon industry to lead and execute performance marketing campaigns for our luxury beauty salons in Dubai.

This role requires someone who already has proven experience running successful marketing campaigns specifically for beauty salons or aesthetic businesses.

You must be able to design and execute campaigns that generate high-quality leads and real clients, not just traffic.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, execute and optimize performance marketing campaigns for beauty salons
• Manage campaigns across multiple platforms including:
• Meta Ads (Instagram & Facebook)
• Google Ads
• TikTok Ads
• Other relevant digital channels
• Generate qualified leads and booked clients for salon services
• Design funnel strategies tailored for the beauty industry
• Analyze campaign performance and continuously optimize results
• Coordinate with the content team for beauty-focused ad creatives
• Manage lead generation campaigns and conversion tracking

Applicants must meet ALL of the following requirements:

• Proven experience running marketing campaigns for beauty salons, aesthetic clinics, or similar beauty businesses
• Hands-on campaign management experience in Dubai
• Strong experience with Meta Ads, Google Ads, and TikTok Ads
• Proven track record of generating high-quality leads and client bookings
• Ability to plan and execute multi-platform marketing campaigns
• Must provide a portfolio or case studies of previous campaigns

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with luxury beauty salons or aesthetic clinics
• Strong understanding of the Dubai beauty market
