JOB DESCRIPTION
Industry Experience:A minimum of 2-4 years of active, hands-on experience as a makeup artist, beauty therapist, or beauty consultant is often expected.
- Sales and Retail:Prior experience in retail and sales is crucial, as the role often involves promoting and selling products, monitoring sales metrics, and achieving targets.
- Training/Coaching Experience:Previous experience in teaching, coaching, or mentoring other staff members is a significant advantage, particularly for senior trainer roles.
- Portfolio:A professional portfolio showcasing your makeup artistry, application techniques, and before-and-after results is highly beneficial.
- Certifications: Certification in Make-up application will be preferred.
