Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Beauty Educator and Sales Representative based in Dubai. The role combines professional education with commercial sales responsibility, supporting both brand growth and client success.
The Beauty Educator will deliver high-quality training programs, provide expert education on body, facial, and grooming services, and guide therapists in mastering techniques and industry best practices. Responsibilities include teaching practical skills, fostering knowledge sharing, and ensuring participants feel confident implementing treatments and products in their salons or spas.
In addition, the role involves beauty sales, conducting product demonstrations, presenting new launches, and actively promoting professional product lines. The candidate will build and maintain strong relationships with salon and spa partners, provide consultative support, identify business opportunities, and contribute to account growth through education-led selling. Delivering outstanding customer service and creating a supportive learning environment are essential components of the position.
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of cosmetology and professional spa/beauty treatments
- Experience in cosmetology education, training, and teaching
- Proven beauty sales experience within a salon, spa, or distribution environment
- Skilled in product demonstrations, brand presentations, and education-led selling
- Ability to build and nurture long-term client relationships and support account growth
- Excellent customer service and communication skills to engage effectively with students and clients
- Ability to adapt teaching methods to different learning styles
- Professional cosmetology certification and training qualifications (CIDESCO or equivalent highly desirable)
- Previous experience in the beauty industry as a trainer, educator, and or sales representative is essential
