Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Design and develop Business Intelligence (BI) reports, dashboards, and data models to support business operations.
Analyze large datasets to extract insights that inform strategic decision-making.
Collaborate with different departments to understand data needs and provide relevant, actionable reporting.
Monitor and enhance data quality, consistency, and accuracy across multiple sources.
Automate reporting processes to improve efficiency and reduce manual efforts.
Support the marketing, sales, finance, and operations teams with custom reporting and analysis.
Ensure data-driven decisions are aligned with overall business goals.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in business Analytics, Data Science, Computer Science, or a related field.
Proven experience in BI, data analysis, or reporting roles.
Strong proficiency in BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) and advanced Excel skills.
Hands-on experience with SQL and database management.
Knowledge of data warehousing and ETL processes.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and data interpretation skills.
Ability to present data-driven insights in a clear and actionable manner.
