SaveFast Training Academy serves as the exclusive regional partner for the British Institute of Cleaning Science (BICSc) across the Middle East, Asia, and Africa. We are specialized in the delivery of accredited training for the Licence to Practice (LTP) and CPSS skills frameworks. Our organization is dedicated to the professionalization of the cleaning industry through rigorous academic standards, technical assessments, and strategic workforce development.

The Role

We are currently seeking a distinguished BICSc L&D Manager and Lead Assessor to oversee our pedagogical delivery and assessment protocols. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the highest levels of candidate competency and maintaining the integrity of the BICSc certification process across the UAE.

Core Responsibilities
  • Technical Assessment: Execute practical BICSc assessments in strict alignment with established institutional standards.
  • Instructional Delivery: Implement high-impact training programs designed to enhance service standards and elevate client satisfaction levels.
  • Digital Governance: Utilize the official BICSc application for all candidate assessments, ensuring the precise and timely submission of results.
  • Competency Verification: Validate candidate proficiency across both LTP and CPSS skill sets.
  • Compliance & Quality Assurance: Ensure comprehensive adherence to BICSc assessment protocols, documentation requirements, and internal quality audits.
  • Operational Coordination: Maintain meticulous training and assessment records in collaboration with the Training Coordinator to ensure administrative accuracy.
  • B2B Engagement: Facilitate onsite assessments at client premises, ensuring all trainee prerequisites and corporate requirements are satisfied.
  • Strategic Alignment: Promote the Academy's mission and values in a manner consistent with BICSc global objectives.
Professional Requirements
  • Certification: Must possess a valid BICSc Licence to Practice (LTP) and a BICSc Assessor License.
  • Experience: Extensive experience in conducting practical BICSc cleaning skills assessments; a background as a Lead Assessor is highly preferred.
  • Industry Expertise: Significant experience in Facilities Management (Soft Services), ideally in a senior supervisory or management capacity.
  • Academic Background: A University Degree (Graduation) in any relevant discipline is preferred.
  • Technical Proficiency: Comprehensive knowledge of specialized cleaning methodologies, chemical safety protocols, and equipment management.
  • Communication: Exceptional reporting and communication skills (proficiency in Hindi is preferred to support diverse trainee cohorts).
  • Availability: Capability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, to accommodate training cycles.
