Technical Maintenance Manager - ANPR

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Dubai for a Technical Maintenance Manager specializing in ANPR (Automatic Number Plate Recognition) systems. The successful candidate will oversee, manage, and implement maintenance activities to ensure optimal performance of technical equipment and systems. Daily responsibilities include supervising maintenance teams, organizing preventive and corrective maintenance schedules, ensuring effective equipment repair and service, and implementing maintenance practices to sustain high performance and reliability. Collaboration with other teams and ensuring compliance with safety standards will also be key aspects of this role.

Qualifications

• Strong Supervisory Skills with the ability to manage teams, assign tasks, and ensure high performance.
• Expertise in Equipment Maintenance and Preventive Maintenance to ensure ongoing functionality and longevity of technical systems.
• Proven experience in Maintenance Management and Maintenance & Repair to coordinate, troubleshoot, and optimize processes.
• Familiarity with ANPR systems or similar technologies is highly beneficial.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and address technical challenges effectively.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Degree or diploma in Engineering, Electronics, or a related field is preferred.
• Experience working in transportation, hospitality, or similar industries is a plus.
