Key Responsibilities

The Bid Coordinator is co-responsible for the expansion of UNS business network, in co-charge of researching business opportunities and responsible for the planning and preparation of tender documents, RFP's, and business proposals. You will work closely with the Directors, their teams and the other team members of the Communications Department of which Business Development is part.

To make it a success you have excellent social and communication skills, an entrepreneurial mind-set, and a networker by nature. You are familiar with today's architecture and urban planning related business development processes.

Function Profile

  • Production of tenders, business plans and RFP's
  • Assistance in maintaining a clear overview of business-related inquires
  • Market research and exploration of opportunities in international markets to expand UNS activities
  • Proactively anticipating possibilities to expand UNStudio's network
  • Preparing / updating presentation material

Job requirements

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 5 years relevant working experience in similar or relevant field (Architecture, Engineering, Real Estate, Investors)
  • University degree in Architecture, Real Estate, Economics, Communications and/or Business Administration
  • Proven track record in identifying, pursuing, and securing business opportunities in competitive markets.
  • Experience working with high-profile clients and understanding the regional business culture and dynamics in the Middle East.
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
  • Good writing skills
  • Self-discipline and confidence in an ad-hoc environment
  • Stress resistance and a proactive hands-on mentality
  • Fluent (written and spoken) English and additional language skills (Arabic) are a plus
