About the Role:
The Bid Principal Analyst. Will Lead the coordination, development, and submission of high-quality bids, proposals, and tenders to secure new business opportunities for DBS across enterprise and public sector markets.
Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end bid and proposal development processes.
- Coordinate input gathering from sales, pre-sales, delivery, finance, and legal teams.
- Develop proposal outlines, win themes, and compliance matrices.
- Ensure timely submission of compliant, high-quality proposals and RFP/RFI responses.
- Manage bid calendars, deadlines, and review cycles.
- Lead internal bid review meetings and approvals processes.
- Maintain a centralized library of standard bid content, templates, and reference cases.
- Support post-bid debriefs and continuous improvement initiatives.
Qualifications:
Education:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or related fields.
- APMP Certification (Association of Proposal Management Professionals) is preferred.
Experience:
- +4 years of experience in bid management, proposal writing, or sales operations.
Skills:
- Familiarity with government and enterprise procurement procedures.
- Bilingual (Arabic and English)
