About e-CENS:

e-CENS is a certified sales and service partner of top marketing technology vendors such as Google and Tealium. We work with leading regional and global brands, including MBC, Emaar, Emirates Airlines, Saudia Airlines, Jarir, Bupa Insurance, Dubai Tourism, Du Telecommunication, Abu Dhabi Commercial Bank, and Emirates NBD. Since 2013, we have been helping businesses optimize web and mobile analytics, personalization, A/B and multivariate testing, customer data platforms (CDP), and conversion rate optimization (CRO).

Role Summary:

We are looking for a mid-level Bidding & Commercial Operations Specialist to support our commercial operations team. This is a hands-on, execution-focused role, ideal for professionals with 35 years of experience who want to contribute directly to contracts, renewals, invoicing, compliance, and vendor coordination. This role is not a management position and does not involve leading teams or making strategic decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

Contracting & Commercial Documentation

  • Draft, edit, and finalize NDAs, SOWs, addendums, and commercial agreements (Arabic/English).
  • Maintain document version control, signature workflows, and audit trails.

Renewals & Commercial Follow-Up

  • Support end-to-end renewal workflows: quote approvals PO contract payment.
  • Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and customer stakeholders to ensure smooth execution.

Invoicing Support

  • Ensure invoicing prerequisites are complete: POs, approvals, reference numbers, and usage confirmations.
  • Assist with overdue invoice follow-ups and maintain trackers of open items.

Licensing, Compliance & Admin Support

  • Handle license and corporate renewals, KYC, compliance requests, and portal submissions.
  • Support vendor and business tool administration (non-CRM) including access provisioning and billing follow-ups.
  • Assist with partner portal registrations and program coordination.

Reporting & Operations

  • Maintain operational trackers for contracts, renewals, invoicing, and compliance actions.
  • Produce structured updates on completed, in-progress, and blocked tasks.

Scope Boundaries:

  • This role is execution-focused; no responsibility for team management, sales strategy, technical solution design, or pricing strategy.
  • Limited HR involvement (administrative support only).

Required Skills & Experience:

  • 35 years of experience in commercial operations, business operations, or sales operations (execution-focused).
  • Experience in IT, software, or digital environments preferred.
  • Strong document discipline: templates, version control, signatures, audit trails.
  • Excellent follow-up skills and stakeholder coordination.
  • Comfortable working with finance on invoicing prerequisites.
  • Arabic + English speakers preferred.
