We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Bidding Consultant to join our consulting team at Tuwaiq Consulting Group. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in managing bids and tenders, with the ability to support the full bid lifecycle from opportunity identification to submission and post-award coordination.
This role is designed for professionals who thrive in structured, deadline-driven environments and possess a strong understanding of bidding processes within consulting and professional services contexts.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end bidding process for public and private sector tenders.
- Review and analyze RFPs, RFQs, and tender documents to assess eligibility, scope, and compliance requirements.
- Coordinate internal stakeholders to collect technical, financial, and administrative inputs required for bids.
- Prepare and structure bid documentation, ensuring full compliance with tender requirements and submission guidelines.
- Support the development of technical proposals in collaboration with consulting delivery teams.
- Coordinate financial proposal inputs with finance and management teams.
- Manage submission timelines, approvals, and official communications with clients and procurement portals.
- Maintain a structured bid pipeline and archive of submissions and outcomes.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Engineering, or a related field.
- 25 years of experience in bidding, tenders, proposals, or procurement support roles.
- Strong understanding of government and private sector tendering processes.
- Experience working with procurement portals and official bidding platforms is a strong advantage.
- High attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and deadline management capabilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Arabic and English.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple bids simultaneously.
