Responsible for overseeing the full tendering process from inception to finalization
Manage associated cost preparation responsibilities and tenders.
Negotiate subcontractors labor and suppliers.
Direct study and preparation of profit and loss report.
Study and evaluate received subcontractor offers.
Analyze RFQs (Request for Quotation) from Customer
Drive and help make decisions for issues that impact at a Tender Level.
Study supplier price offers.
Prepare technical & commercial proposals.
Ensure that tenders meet commercial company guidelines.
Take responsibility for all associated handover documentation in the event of an order.
Preparation of quotations for new projects.
Preparation and submission of bidding documents for new projects.

Requesting issuance of guarantee letters for new projects.
Identify and quantify cost factors, such as rates, materials, and labor expenses.
Prepare site visit reports after exploring site conditions and surroundings.
