About the role
Teletarget is hiring a professional and results-driven Bilingual Cold Caller (English & Spanish) with proven real estate experience to join our growing remote sales team. The successful candidate will be responsible for outbound prospecting, lead qualification, and appointment setting for our real estate clients.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct high-volume outbound calls to prospective real estate leads
- Qualify prospects based on predefined criteria
- Set and confirm qualified appointments for the sales team
- Handle objections professionally and confidently
- Accurately update CRM systems with call outcomes
- Maintain daily and weekly performance targets
Requirements
- Fluency in English & Spanish (spoken & written)
- Real estate cold calling experience is a must
- Strong communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
- PC or Laptop + Professional Headset
- Stable, high-speed internet connection
