Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Bilingual Customer Care (French & English) representative, based in Maadi Cairo, Egypt. The role involves providing customer support and ensuring customer satisfaction through daily interactions with French and English-speaking clients. Responsibilities include addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining a high standard of customer service.

Qualifications

  • Experience in Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service
  • Proficient in Customer Support and Communication (French and English)
  • Strong Analytical Skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Previous experience in a similar role is an advantage
  • Travel experience is a plus
  • Bachelor&aposs degree in a relevant field is preferred
