Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Bilingual Customer Service Representative based in Nasr City. The representative will manage customer inquiries across different channels, resolve issues effectively, and ensure customer satisfaction. Day-to-day tasks include handling phone calls, emails, and chats, accurately documenting customer interactions, and providing timely and professional resolutions. Additional responsibilities may include supporting team initiatives and contributing to process improvements.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in English and at least one additional language used for communication with customers
  • Strong customer service skills including active listening, problem-solving, and conflict resolution
  • Capability to effectively handle inquiries through phone calls, emails, and chat channels
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in all required languages
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience with CRM systems and customer support tools is a plus
