Role Description
This full-time, on-site role based in Nasr City is designed for proficient bilingual Spanish/English speakers who will connect with US market patients and medical providers.
Qualifications
- Language Skills: Bilingual proficiency in Spanish B1+ and English B2 , with strong written and verbal communication abilities.
- Customer Service Skills: Previous experience in customer service, problem-solving, and maintaining a customer-focused approach.
- Relevant experience in call centers or the outsourcing industry is an added benefit.
- Package: 22000 EGP net + 2200 EGP transportation allowance + 1000 EGP KPIs
- Work location: On-site. Nasr city, Ard El Golf, Cairo, Egypt
- Egyptian and non Egyptians with a valid visa
