Job Description

This role is based in our Cairo Festival City Business Park, New Cairo, Cairo, Egypt office.

Reports to: Billings Team Lead

  • Execute the billing procedures and processes.
  • Work on upstream systems as well as ERP (SAP).
  • Review Legal and Tax documentations given by external clients.
  • Maintain quality control of order entry.
  • Ensure revenue recognition is following group policy and the international reporting standards.
  • Monitor and reconcile deferred revenue accounts.
  • Perform month end closing activities.
  • Monitor E-invoicing daily and report any failures.
  • Address and resolve client invoicing issues.
  • Facilitate and assist in resolving requests presented from the front office colleagues, clients, management and sales colleagues in a timely manner.
  • Internal/External audit support.
  • Work on different excel reporting that would be assigned in given due dates.
  • Perform other duties as required based on business needs.

Qualifications

  • Relevant qualifications in a business or finance discipline
  • 1-2 years of relevant work experience is preferrable.
  • Proficient skills in Excel, Word and Outlook are essential.
  • Good knowledge and understand of all Billings processes within your area.
  • Quick learning and adaptation.
  • Proficiency in spoken and written English & Arabic.
  • Ability to build good relationships with a wide range of stakeholders, internal departments and key contacts.
  • Remain focused and organized under pressure.
  • Act with integrity, tact and diplomacy.
  • Ability to complete a variety of tasks in a timely manner.
  • Pro-actively solve problems.
  • Excellent Customer Service skills.
  • Good time management skills.
  • Ability to be flexible within the role.
  • Work collaboratively across teams.
  • Knowledge of SAP system is an advantage.
  • Knowledge of Salesforce system is an advantage.
