What You'll Achieve:
BIM Modeling and Coordination
- Develop and deliver high-detail BIM models (LOD 400500) for moderate to large-scale projects.
- Perform clash detection and coordination between structural, architectural, and MEP models using tools like Navisworks.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and contribute to project success by following BIM Execution Plans (BEP).
BIM Software Proficiency
- Create precise and detailed models using Autodesk Revit and coordinate using Navisworks.
- Work with BIM collaboration tools like BIM 360 or Autodesk Construction Cloud for seamless team communication and project integration.
Documentation and Standards Compliance
- Ensure adherence to project BIM standards and procedures, maintaining the highest quality in all deliverables.
- Provide support in developing and following BIM Execution Plans (BEP).
What You'll Bring to ACC
- 35 years of experience as a BIM Engineer or similar role in reputable construction companies.
- Proven experience working on moderate to large-scale projects, with a strong contractor background.
- High proficiency in Autodesk Revit and working knowledge of Navisworks.
- Familiarity with BIM collaboration platforms such as BIM 360 or Autodesk Construction Cloud is a plus.
- Knowledge of clash detection, coordination, and creating detailed models at LOD 400500.
- BIM Certifications such as Autodesk Certified Professional or BIM Management Certification are highly valued.
