Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a BIM Coordinator located in Cairo, Egypt. The BIM Coordinator will manage and oversee Building Information Modeling (BIM) processes across projects, ensuring seamless coordination among architectural, structural, and MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) disciplines. Key responsibilities include collaborating with project teams, resolving design conflicts, maintaining precise BIM documentation, and supporting project management to achieve project goals. The BIM Coordinator will also ensure adherence to industry standards and facilitate efficient workflow within the project lifecycle.

Qualifications

  • Strong expertise in Building Information Modeling (BIM) processes and tools
  • Experience in BIM coordination, including managing model coordination and resolving design conflicts
  • Knowledge of Architecture principles and Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) systems
  • Project management skills with a focus on meeting timelines, budgets, and quality standards
  • Proficiency in related software tools such as Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, or similar platforms
  • Attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work collaboratively within cross-functional teams
  • Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, or a related field is preferred
  • Previous experience in construction or fit-out projects is highly regarded
  • 1-3 years of experience
