Role Description

We are seeking a part-time BIM Coordinator to join our team. In this hybrid role, based in Alexandria, Egypt, but with the flexibility for remote work, the BIM Coordinator will be responsible for implementing and managing Building Information Modeling (BIM) processes, coordinating multidisciplinary project models, and ensuring seamless collaboration between team members. Daily tasks include overseeing project workflows, managing project documentation, and ensuring adherence to BIM standards and best practices.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Building Information Modeling (BIM) and BIM Coordination
• Experience with Virtual Design processes and workflows
• Familiarity with architectural design principles and methodologies
• Strong Project Management skills is a must
• Knowledge of Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) systems and their integration in BIM
• Strong organizational and leadership skills
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Arabic & English is a must
• Interpersonal skills to engage and facilitate constructive meetings with clients
• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, or a related field
• Prior experience in a similar role within the construction or design industry is a plus
• PMP certification is a plus
