Role Description

This full-time on-site role is based in Qesm El Maadi, Egypt. As a BIM Coordinator, you will be responsible for overseeing Building Information Modeling processes, collaborating with various project teams, managing architectural and MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) layout integrations, and ensuring accuracy of models for design and construction phases. Additionally, you will work closely with stakeholders to implement and maintain BIM workflows and standards, ensuring efficient collaboration and project delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, or a related field.
• Proficiency in BIM Coordination and Building Information Modeling (BIM) tools.
• Background or experience in Architecture and Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) systems.
• Strong Project Management capabilities.
• Minimum 2+ Years of Experience.
• Attention to detail and ability to troubleshoot design integration challenges.
• Proficiency in BIM-related software such as Revit, Navisworks, or similar tools.
