We are currently partnering with a leading real estate developer in Jeddah who is looking a BIM & GIS Specialist who will play a critical role in integrating geospatial data with infrastructure design, ensuring seamless collaboration across all project stakeholders.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate Lead Appointed Party infrastructure designs in BIM & GIS environments
- Evaluate pre- and post-contract BIM Execution Plans (BEP)
- Develop and manage geospatial databases and standardize GIS data
- Perform spatial modelling and geospatial analysis
- Review GIS datasets for accuracy and quality control
- Conduct research and testing of new digital engineering tools
- Prepare drafts, calculations, and analyses for integration into the BIM environment
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related engineering field.
- Experience in project consultancy and project management, supported by a strong consulting background.
- Experience is required (5+ years).
- Proficiency in both English and Arabic Languages.
- Proficiency with GIS desktop software and data management.
- Proficiency with BIM workflow and data management
- Ability to effectively configure data.
