Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical BIM Specialist - HVAC to join our team , you will be responsible for creating and managing Building Information Models (BIM) for HVAC systems, ensuring efficient and accurate design processes.

  • Develop and maintain 3D BIM models for HVAC systems using Revit and other BIM software
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to coordinate MEP systems and perform clash detection
  • Create detailed shop drawings and construction documents for HVAC installations
  • Conduct energy analysis and simulations to optimize HVAC system performance
  • Ensure compliance with building codes, standards, and project specifications
  • Participate in project meetings and provide technical expertise on BIM and HVAC systems
  • Continuously improve BIM processes and standards within the organization
  • Train and mentor junior team members on BIM best practices for HVAC design
